2024년 10월 8일(화) 우리 마음에 근심을 허락하지 않고, 참 평화이신 주님께 우리 존재를 내어맡기게 하소서

하나님,

우리 마음에 참 평안을 부어주소서. 우리의 마음이 하나님이 아닌 다른 것을 의존할 때, 우리의 눈이 하늘이 아닌 이 세상을 향할 때 참 된 평안은 우리 속에 머물 수 없습니다. 하나님과의 평화가 깨진 이 땅에 진정한 평화로 오신 예수 그리스도만이 우리 인생의 참 평안임을 믿사오니, 오직 성삼위 하나님만을 진실로 믿고 살아가는 우리가 되게 하소서.

또한 숨 쉴 때마다 찾아오는 근심과 걱정에 우리 자신을 방치하지 않게 하시고, 오직 참 평화이신 주님께 우리의 존재를 다 내어던져 힘겨운 이 땅에서의 삶 속에서도 평화로 충만한 인생이 되게 하소서..

Dear God,

Pour true peace into our hearts. When our hearts rely on anything other than You, and when our eyes are fixed on this world rather than heaven, true peace cannot remain within us. We believe that Jesus Christ, who came as the true peace to this broken world, is the only source of peace for our lives. Help us to live fully trusting in the triune God alone.

Also, do not let us be overwhelmed by the worries and anxieties that come with every breath. Instead, may we cast our entire being upon You, the true peace, so that even in the struggles of this life, we may live a life filled with Your peace.
