2024년 12월 10일(화) 우리를 능하게 하신 주께서 맡기신 직분을 충성되이 감당하겠나이다

하나님,

다마스쿠스 언덕에서 밝은 빛으로 사울을 만나주시고, 그의 존재와 지금까지 살아온 삶의 방향을 바꾸시기 위해 다시 일으켜 세우셨던 주님을 기억합니다. 그를 향하여 ‘내가 택한 나의 그릇’이라 말씀하시며 하나님의 귀한 동역자 삼아주셨지요.

주여! 부족하고 연약한 우리를 택하셔서 하나님의 자녀요 동역자로 부르셨으니 오늘도 주 앞에 충성된 하루가 되게 하소서. 우리를 능하게 하시는 예수 그리스도를 잠잠히 기다리며 대림절 두 번째 주간을 깨어 살아가게 하소서..

God,

We remember how You met Saul on the road to Damascus as a bright light, transforming his being and redirecting the course of his life. You raised him up again, calling him “My chosen instrument” and making him a precious partner in Your divine work.

Lord, You have chosen us, though we are weak and unworthy, to be Your children and co-workers in Your kingdom. Help us live faithfully before You today, serving as vessels for Your purpose. As we wait patiently for the One who strengthens us—Jesus Christ—may we walk through this second week of Advent with hearts awakened and lives prepared for His coming.
