하나님,
오늘 저의 존재와 삶이 하나님으로 가득채워진 하루가 되게 하소서. 정신을 차리고 깨어있지 않으면 우리는 나를 위한 욕망과 사랑으로 가득채우며 살아가는 존재이기에 나를 불편하게 하는 자들에 대한 분노가 늘 자리잡고 있습니다. 아버지, 우리를 긍휼히 여기시고, 친히 도와주소서. 하나님의 영으로 가득찬 존재로 우리 안에 내주하시는 성령님께 민감히 반응하며 살아가게 하소서. 그리하여 우리 자신을 깊이 사랑하고, 우리를 저주하고 모욕하는 이들까지도 품을 수 있는 예수 닮은 자로 살아가게 하소서..
Dear God,
May my being and life be completely filled with You today. I know that without vigilance and spiritual alertness, I easily become filled with desires and love centered on myself, harboring anger toward those who inconvenience me. Father, have mercy on me and help me by Your hand.
Allow me to live sensitively to the Holy Spirit, who dwells within me, filled with Your Spirit. Help me to love myself deeply in a healthy way, and even embrace those who curse and insult me, living as one who resembles Jesus.
