하루를 시작하는 기도

하나님,

깊은 새벽, 고요함 중에 마음을 열어 크신 하나님을 담아봅니다. 제 안에 오셔서 당신의 충만함으로 채워주소서. 어린 아이와 같은 저는 세상의 헛된 것으로 제 속을 채우려는 본능을 따라 사는 존재이며, 짧은 생각과 안목으로 이 땅을 바라보는 어리석은 자입니다. 마음이 좁아서 사람을 품지 못하며, 작은 것에도 두려워하고 염려하는 연약한 자입니다.

하나님이시여! 하나님 앞에 겸손히 머물러 구하오니, 제 속에 충만하게 거하여 주소서. 어린 아이와 같은 저를 도와 주소서. 기도 외에는 아버지를 닮아갈수도, 자랄수도 없사오니 저의 영혼에 아버지의 영을 충만하게 채워주소서..

Dear God,

In the stillness of the deep morning, I open my heart to embrace Your greatness. Come into me and fill me with Your fullness. Like a child, I am one who instinctively seeks to fill myself with the fleeting things of this world, and in my limited understanding, I view life through a narrow lens. I am foolish, with a heart too small to embrace others, easily frightened, and prone to worry over little things.

Oh God, I humbly come before You, asking that You dwell abundantly within me. Help me, as a child, to rely on You. I know that without prayer, I cannot grow or become more like You. So I ask You to fill my soul with Your Spirit, that I may grow in Your likeness.
